Payment Policy

  • By card or Debit card: We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Laser & Maestro and our online digital gift cards & vouchers online

  • We also accept payment through Paypal


Order Dispatch  (Ireland & Northern Ireland)

  • All orders are despatched Monday to Friday between 1pm and 4pm. Orders Placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be sent out within 1-2 days. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out within 1-2 working days. Orders placed over the weekend are sent at 1pm on Monday, or Tuesday at 1pm if it was a bank holiday weekend. In 95% of cases delivery is achieved next day all over Ireland.
    NB: Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday please allow an extra day for shipping.


Order Dispatch (United Kingdom)

  • All orders are despatched Thursday between 1pm and 4pm. Orders Placed before 2pm on Thursday will be sent out on every Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent out Next Thursday. Once your order status has changed from processing to shipped then the order should reach to you within 4-5 working days. As we are based in Ireland, so there could be a chance that delivery partner would contact you for customs. If the delivery partner contacts you then do not worry, you can contact us by email on shop@sheriya.com or customerservice@sheriya.com

Order Packaging  (Ireland & Northern Ireland)

  • All orders are despatched in black envelopes or brown boxes with Fastway couriers. Your Invoice will be inside the parcel.
  • We will also provide tracking for your order.


Order Packaging (United Kingdom)

  • All orders are despatched in black envelopes or brown boxes with Royal Mail couriers. Your Invoice will be inside the parcel.
  • At the time of delivery you are required to sign before taking the parcel.
  • We will also provide tracking for your order.


Shipping Cost (Ireland & Northern Ireland)

  • We charge a flat Rate of ONLY €2.50 unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order is. We Offer FREE shipping on orders above €65


Shipping Cost (United Kingdom)

  • We charge a flat Rate of ONLY €6.99 unless otherwise stated, no matter how big or small the order is.


International shipping

  • International Orders:
    If you wish to order products to be delivered outside of the Ireland, please e mail us at info@sheriya.com with your order and we will get back to you with regards to price for shipping.
